Expansion-Parts was established in early 2020.

       Our professional staff have over 18 years of extensive experience in the design, development, manufacturing, and sourcing of hand tool products, including seven years of service at a Fortune 500 company in the United States. This background enables us to provide our valued customers with a one-stop service (Turnkey service) experience.

       The company adheres to the principles of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to safeguard the confidentiality of customers’ product information. For any mass-production needs involving product components—whether it is drawing discussions, material selection comparison and recommendations, functional prototype fabrication, tooling development processes, first article inspection reports (FAI/PPAP), quality improvement, project progress tracking, transparent quotations, sales support, or our extensive network of nearby subcontractors—your requirements are our services.

      Our company is located in central Taiwan, a globally renowned manufacturing hub for hand tools, bicycles, sewing machines, machine tools, woodworking machinery, and more. This region is home to many smaller factories that may be unknown to the public but manufacture components for high-end brands. We also operate our own CNC machining facility and aluminum forging plant, enabling efficient real-time dimensional adjustments. For manufacturers who are unable to station procurement personnel in Taiwan, we serve as your local branch office.
